This flagship project demonstrates a complete, 360-degree business intelligence solution for a large-scale retailer. The goal was to consolidate vast amounts of sales, product, and customer data into a single, interactive command center for executive decision-making, moving beyond simple reporting to predictive and diagnostic analysis.

  • Executive Summary: The main page offers a powerful at-a-glance view of critical KPIs, including $24.9M in revenue and a 2.2% return rate. It also tracks monthly trends and identifies the most ordered and returned product types.
  • Geospatial Intelligence: An interactive world map allows for the dynamic filtering and analysis of sales performance across different continents and countries, such as North America and Europe.
  • Predictive Profit Simulation: A sophisticated 'What-If' analysis page allows managers to use a simple slider to adjust product pricing and instantly see the forecasted impact on monthly revenue, profit, and orders versus targets.
  • Deep Customer Analysis: A dedicated customer page segments 17.4K unique customers by income level and occupation. It also identifies the top 100 customers by revenue and allows for drilling down into individual purchase history.
  • Advanced Return Analysis: A powerful decomposition tree provides a clear, hierarchical view of product returns. A manager can start at the overall return rate and drill down through categories (Bikes, Clothing) and subcategories to pinpoint specific products causing the most returns.
